Steps in Calculating Diets

Step (1) Get your Body Mass Index (BMI)

Step (2) Compute your Desirable Body Weight (DBW)

Step (3) Compute Total Energy Allowance or daily calorie intake (TEA)

Step (4) Choose your meal plan according to the result from Step 3.
